What I teach you to build is a system that distills your own judgment
and lets AI work by your standards, in your way. Master this, and every tool clicks into place.
Tools will keep changing. The judgments and standards you store in your knowledge base will always be yours.
My teaching style: understand you first, then give recommendations. This site works the same way.

Just two questions: are you working solo or with a team? And is your AI environment set up? Answer and I'll point you straight there.
You are primarily:
Do you have an AI Agent (Codex or Claude Code) installed on your computer? An Agent is an AI that lives on your machine and can directly work with your files. Codex and Claude Code are two popular options.
What's your priority right now?

The tools aren't the problem. Your judgment hasn't been captured inside them yet, so of course they don't feel like you.
You have to re-teach AI every time. It forgets your rules the moment you close the chat.
Open a new session and it's like briefing a brand-new hire who remembers nothing
You've learned a dozen tools, but none of them actually feel like "yours"
You're just using them, not accumulating anything. Change tools and you're back to zero
The output doesn't match how you'd do it, so you manually revise everything anyway
And you never teach it the correction, so next time is exactly the same
You've taken several courses and ended up with a pile of knowledge you never use
Slide decks sitting in a folder you haven't opened since
Your environment isn't set up, so every time you want to use AI you get stuck on configuration
Half-installed, and not sure if you did it right
You're always chasing the next new tool, and it never feels like you're caught up
What you're actually missing is a knowledge base that's truly your own
You use your brain every day, and you've built deep tacit judgment that's never been captured. You want AI to understand your thinking and respond on your terms.
No team, everything is on you. You want AI to handle the repetitive work, remember your rules, and free your time for the decisions that actually matter.
ChatGPT and Gemini feel familiar, but it still feels like borrowing someone else's brain rather than building your own. You want to accumulate, not just use.
You want to learn it yourself and also make sure every repetitive task across your team has a working AI workflow to run on.

AI Knowledge Management & Tacit Knowledge Distillation
While building my own AI office, I noticed something: the tools were all there. What people actually lacked was a method for capturing their own judgment inside them.
I now keep all my knowledge, rules, and thinking patterns in a knowledge base. Every time I start a new AI session, it already knows my standards and how I work. This method can be learned, and I teach it directly.
I teach because I've already found a path through, and I can help you skip the detours I took. I won't claim it's perfect, but I've walked this road and know exactly where you'll get stuck. I believe your knowledge belongs to you, and it shouldn't stay locked in your head.
Draw it out, store it in, put AI to work with it. That's what I do.
This is a capability path, not just a price list. Each tier solves a different stage of the problem. Find where you are now, and enter from there.
Pre-recorded online · approx. 2 hours · plus 3 scene-based add-on modules
You're comfortable with browser-based AI, but desktop Agents like Codex feel like a high wall you haven't climbed yet.
Jun 21 (Sun) 2–5 pm in-person · Jun 28 (Sun) 8 pm online review session (1 hr)
You've learned the tools but feel like you're just borrowing someone else's brain rather than building your own. AI doesn't know your standards.
The core of this course is habit change. I watch you work for 5–10 minutes, show you exactly how my approach differs from yours, and the insight lands right there. An online course cannot do this.
In-person · Taipei or on-site · 3 hours
You want to hand work to AI, but you're not sure which tasks to start with, how to design them, or how to make something the whole team can use consistently.
Any task that's repetitive and text-based is usually a good fit. The pre-workshop survey confirms we can finish it in three hours.
Four sessions over one month · Customized
You're not just after one workflow. You want your team's AI applications to run, to compound over time, and for your team to be able to design the next workflow without needing me.
That's the real goal. I coach until you reach independence. That's what completion means.
The next step after coaching · Customized to your needs
You've built three workflows and are ready to open new topics, bring the method to more departments, or design the next system. All of that is worth discussing.
No proposal needed. Tell me what you've done and where you want to go. I'll assess the best way to continue and we'll shape a collaboration that fits.
ESG reporting · Community knowledge curation · Corporate training customization
Examples: ESG knowledge base development and report writing support, industry-specific knowledge curation, long-term training partnerships.
No proposal needed. Tell me about what you're facing. I'll assess whether it's something we can tackle together and how.
All paid courses are fully recorded. Watch at your own pace afterward, no pressure to keep up in the room.
The slides and step-by-step instructions from each session, organized for continued reference after class.
The rules and workflows from each course packaged into a format AI can read directly. Paste it to your AI and it gets to work.
A ready-to-use base configuration curated by Coach Jiang. Install it and you have a working starting point, no setup from scratch.
(Included in the 18,000 coaching engagement) A complete strategy document delivered after the program, giving your team a foundation to build on.
Students who attended the previous AI Office Workshop can retake the pre-recorded "Plan Your AI Office" course for free when it launches.
Possibly, but not soon. This course trains habits, and the value comes from the coach watching your actual work. I watch you for 5–10 minutes, show you how my approach differs from yours, and the insight lands right there. Online can't replicate that.
The basic pre-recorded course launches in late July. An online version of the 3,000 session is possible at earliest in August or September, once I've distilled enough teaching experience into Skills and Agents become smart enough to assist with observation.
"Plan Your AI Office" launches first, in late July, with more modules following. Students who attended the previous AI Office Workshop can retake it for free. The lecturer slide workflow, social content workflow, and 3X4 knowledge base modules will follow in sequence.
An Agent environment is strongly recommended. If you don't have one yet, take "Plan Your AI Office" first to build your foundation before coming to the hands-on 3,000 session.
For the pre-recorded course: basic experience with browser-based ChatGPT or GPTs is enough.
For the 3,000 session: Codex or Claude Code must be installed and working, and you should be comfortable with basics like taking screenshots and renaming files.
The 8,000 is three hours. We pick one repetitive task and turn it into a running AI workflow in a single session. You leave with one workflow.
The 18,000 is four sessions over a month. We build three workflows, and at the end we deliver a written AI adoption strategy. The goal is for your team to reach the capability to design the next workflow independently, without needing me.
Yes. What you're learning is a method for storing your judgment, standards, and rules in a knowledge base. When tools change, the method stays with you. My own knowledge base has stayed useful across multiple model generations. The more you build, the smoother it gets.
AI tools come and go. Your knowledge base is built to last.
Yes. Tell me what you're working on via LINE and I'll assess whether it's something we can build together. No proposal needed, just a conversation.
